Arada's Masaar 3 factsheet lists a swimmable forest lagoon with waterfall, basketball and padel courts, a café, a kids' adventure playground, an outdoor cinema, a wellness area, a mosque, a duck pond, an adventure trail, a Zad food truck park, a community centre, a ladies-only community pool and a family pool.

When is handover?

Anticipated completion is 31 March 2029 for units in Dana, Lareen, Laura and Sedra, and 30 September 2029 for Layan, per Arada's September 2026 availability report. Dates are set by the developer and subject to change.

What is included in a Layan home?

Arada describes Layan homes with high ceilings, smart home technology and premium fittings.
