About RFB Real Estate
RFB Real Estate is a Dubai-registered real estate company focused on off-plan opportunities across the UAE. We work with buyers and investors in both Arabic and English, from first enquiry through to handover.
We market new communities from established developers, sold directly off-plan. For every project we publish the developer's own figures: starting prices, unit areas under the developer's own area terms, payment plans and expected handover dates, each dated so you can see how current it is. When a developer issues a new price list or availability report, we update the page.
Our team answers questions about specific units and payment plans, arranges site visits where a developer offers them, and lets you know when a new phase or price list is released. Brochures and floor plans for each project are available on request. You can reach us on WhatsApp or by email, and we follow up within one business day.
How buying off-plan works
Buying off-plan means buying a home from the developer before it is finished and paying in stages under a payment plan. The steps below are broadly the same across projects, but each developer sets its own terms, so the details on each project page always take precedence. Check the payment schedule and expected handover date on the project page before you reserve.
Choose a project and unit
Compare communities, unit types and starting prices. We share the developer's current availability, floor plans and payment plan for each project.
Reserve the unit
You reserve a specific unit with the developer, usually by paying the booking amount or down payment set out in the payment plan. Some new launches open with an expression of interest before bookings start.
Sign the sale agreement
The developer issues a sale and purchase agreement setting out the unit, the price, the payment schedule and the expected completion date. Read it carefully before you sign.
Pay in instalments
Payments follow the developer's schedule, either on fixed dates or at construction milestones. The plans shown on this site, such as 30/70 or 40/60, set out how much is paid during construction and how much at handover.
Take handover
When the home is complete, you pay the balance due at handover, inspect the unit and receive the keys. Completion dates are the developer's estimates and can change.
